2. Outgoing test to check min PTH Cu thickness, Min surface Cu thickness, ENIG Au data, Ni data, Au layer adhesion testing, soldermask adhesion testing, silkscreen adhesion testing, Thermal stress testing, hardness testing, Twist testing, Bow testing.
3. Microsection testing to check hole Cu thickness, Surface Copper thickness, Wrap copper thickness, Hole Wall Integrity, soldermask thickness and stack up.
4. E-test to check any open/short circuit.
5. Thermal Stress Test to avoid any Delamination, Measling and others.
6. Solderability of PTH to avoid any discolor, Wrinkles, Blisters, Measling, Blow-Hole, Solermask peel off, and soldermask filled in hole-wall incompletely. Impedance testing, and so on...

How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
3 months warranty for the used parts and 1 year warranty for the new parts. If you receive the parts but it can't work well, you can return it back to us within 7 days, we pay the come-and-go shipping free.
How about the packing when they are sent out?
We usually use foam board with 3cm thick to fill in all around the box inside to protect parts, we often use carton to pack the parts, but if they are too heavy, we will customized the wooden box for them.
Which payment method and Express can you accept?
We accept all the payment methods and Express, but we usually adopt following methods: Payment: Paypal, Western Union, T/T(Bank transfer), Alibaba, Aliexpress, eBay. Express: UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, and etc.
Do you have the testing equipments and how long is the delivery time?
We have perfect testing equipments, all the parts are 100% tested ok before they are shipping out. Most of the parts are in stocks, so the delivery time is usually 1-2 days.
I only have the pcb sample, not pcb file, can you produce it for me? Can you design gerber file?
Yes, we can copy file based on your sample, this file names gerber, and production then is accorded to gerber file. We can design gerber file if customer can provide us schematic, schematic sample can also be provided if customer want.
Are my design files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
Any customer’s file will be protected very well here in our factory and we will not let any third party know. We can sign NDA with you.
