Single Board Order Instructions
Important notes: Please communicate with customer service before purchasing to confirm the installation holes of our board and the installation and fixing methods of the original machine shell. Contact customer service before purchasing to guide you on how to install and confirm before purchasing. Measure the size of the original machine board before placing an order to ensure that our board can be put in. If you are not sure whether it can be used, please take a photo to confirm with customer service.
We only need a knob to adjust the current size and install it in front of the machine. You still use our one knob as you did before. If your machine has multiple knobs, the other buttons will not be used. Please be aware of this.
This single board is not compatible with your previous display. If you need a display, please purchase our package with digital display. If your machine does not have a display or does not need a display, just purchase the standard package. The standard package comes with a potentiometer and a wiring harness with an indicator light.
The size of the digital display is 45mm*26mm. It can only be connected to 220V AC, not 380V power supply, and a single power supply is stable. If there are any problems with installation and use after receiving the goods, please contact customer service, and do not return the goods directly, thank you!

Regarding Returns and Exchanges
As PCBs are custom products, returns are not supported. For quality issues, please contact customer service for a refund or replacement, but we do not bear any losses or costs beyond the product value. Delays in delivery due to force majeure factors such as power outages or water supply interruptions will not be compensated.
Regarding Orders
If there are any issues or special instructions, please communicate directly with customer service for confirmation. Do not leave messages, as we will not be responsible for any missed messages. Before and after payment, please confirm the process, quantity, and layers with customer service. Problems that arise after production or shipment will not be eligible for refunds. Since this product requires a high level of expertise, if the purchasing personnel are not knowledgeable, please confirm with your engineer or customer service. We will not be responsible for any issues caused by the customer's lack of understanding.
Delivery Time Calculation
Orders placed before 17:00 are considered as placed on the same day; orders placed after 17:00 are considered as placed the next day. "24-hour delivery" refers to one day, not 24 hours. The delivery time provided by customer service and on the page does not include Sundays or holidays.
Ordering Process
Green solder mask, white silkscreen, 1.6mm board thickness, HASL, 1oz copper thickness, vias with solder mask, line width/spacing 0.2mm, vias above 0.3mm. The Gerber format is used according to the provided files. (The quotation is based on standard processes; please inform customer service of any special process requirements for a new quotation.)

What is your typical lead time for prototype and mass production?
Lead times vary by layer count. For standard samples: 2-layer PCBs can be delivered in as short as 24 hours (standard 3 days), 4-6 layers standard lead time is 5 days, and 10+ layers standard is 7-10 days. Mass production averages between 6 to 18 days depending on complexity.
What high-frequency and high-speed materials do you support?
We support a wide array of specialized materials. High-speed materials include Megtron 6, Megtron 4, Megtron 7, TU872SLK, FR408HR, and N4000-13 Series. High-frequency materials include Rogers (Ro3003, Ro3006, Ro4350B, Ro4835), CLTE, Genclad, and FastRise27.
What are your return and refund policies for custom PCBs?
As PCBs are custom products manufactured to specific files, standard returns are not supported. For verified quality issues, we offer refunds or replacements, limited to the product value. Force majeure delays (e.g., power or water supply interruptions) are not eligible for compensation.
How can I ensure my board is compatible before placing an order?
For single board orders, we recommend communicating with customer service beforehand to verify the installation holes and original shell fixing methods. Additionally, measure the dimensions of the original board and confirm if you need a package with a digital display.
