As PCBs are highly customized products, returns are not supported. For verified quality issues, please contact customer support for a refund or replacement options. We do not bear any losses or costs beyond the product value. Delays in delivery due to force majeure factors (such as power outages or water supply interruptions) will not be eligible for compensation.
Please communicate directly with customer support to confirm any special instructions before ordering; do not leave unattended messages as we are not responsible for missed communications. Before and after payment, please confirm the technical process details, quantity, and layers. Problems arising after production starts or after shipment will not be eligible for refunds. Please confirm specifications with your engineer beforehand.
Orders placed before 17:00 are calculated as placed on the same day; orders placed after 17:00 are calculated as placed the next day. "24-hour delivery" refers to one business day, not literal 24 hours. The delivery times provided do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Standard process details include: green solder mask, white silkscreen, 1.6mm board thickness, HASL surface finish, 1oz copper weight, vias with solder mask coverage, minimum line width/spacing of 0.2mm, and vias above 0.3mm. Gerber formats are verified according to files provided. Special process configurations require updated quotes.

What is the shortest lead time for prototype samples?
For double-layer PCBs, the shortest sample lead time is 24 hours. For 4-layer and 6-layer PCBs, the shortest sample lead times are 36 hours and 48 hours respectively, subject to confirmation.
Which file formats do you accept for engineering and manufacturing?
We support standard CAD/CAM and Gerber formats, including RS-274-X, RS-274-D, CAD, DXP, Protel 99 SE, PADS, and GC-CAM files.
